The Personnel search through ICTSKILLS
Through ICTSKILLS the company can require professional profiles with ICT certifications, such as Microsoft, SUN, HP, Oracle, ITIL etc.
The request can be sent for different types of relationship (recruitment, collaboration) and can cover both, the profile certifications obtained after passing more exams (such as Oracle Certified Associate), and the achievement of specific ones.
The ICTSKILLS service will select resources corresponding to the requested profile and in possession of the required Certifications. In addition, it will also define some proximity profiles, that is, some resources in a position to take the exams for the required Certifications.
The searches are carried out among groups of professionals, whose Curricula have been VALDATED by our selectors and through appropriate tests and interviews too.

Making a request
The request of personnel, to be included on the roll through some contracts of the project, consultants or training, takes the following steps: The company sends an inquiry, specifying the requested professional profiles or requires some information through an appropriate form
- ICT SKILLS sends a commercial offer viewable directly on- line through the access to the Customer Area of the web portal.
- The ICT SKILLS selectors, following the commercial approval, carefully research and perform selections allowing the company to view the selected CVs always directly on-line through the access to the Customer Area of the web portal. The selectors will identify some "proximity profiles" , that is, some resources with specific vertical skills requested by the company who haven't taken any requested ICT Certification yet. In such a case, a short training course aimed at achievement of the expected certifications will be offered.
- The company restricts attention to the most interesting CVs and it always receives directly on- line through the access to the Customer Area of the web portal the CV cards with all the anagraphical and contact details concerning the resources.
Costs
The cost of the service will be defined in terms of professional profiles, working experiences and requested ICT certifications.
